Develop predictive models of neuronal RNA localisation by combining RNA sequences, structure, RNA-binding proteins and biological function in healthy, degenerating and regenerating neurons. Start 1 February 2027; group moves from Frederiksberg to City Campus.

The project-specific essential criteria require an MSc equivalent to a two-year Danish MSc in bioinformatics, computer science, computational biology or related field; strong Python, Linux/shell, algorithms, data analysis and machine learning; familiarity with RNA-structure algorithms; English. Foreign qualifications are assessed. Successful PhD enrolment is required.
