assistant will be responsible for collecting objective measures of cardiovascular, cognitive,
mobility, bone health, vision, hearing, anthropometry, and biological samples from the TILDA
participants in the dedicated health centre located on Pearse Street.

Person Specification
Qualifications
• Current registration as a general nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of
Ireland OR
• Current registration as an allied health professional with CORU
• Display evidence of a high level of competency in Microsoft Office, in particular
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, including diary management.
• Postgraduate qualification in ageing or a related area (desirable)

Knowledge & Experience (Essential)
• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
• Experience in a patient- or participant-facing role
• Availability to work on a shift basis, which will include evenings and Saturdays
• Polite and confident with the ability to work
