Johannes Vierock laboratory project engineering light-gated ion channels and optogenetic actuators using cloning, mammalian/primary neuronal cultures, fluorescence/live-cell imaging and patch-clamp characterisation.
申请要求
Completed MSc or equivalent in biology, biophysics, physics, biochemistry, molecular medicine, neuroscience or related discipline; practical laboratory experience, quantitative data analysis and scientific presentation; English. Specific molecular biology, electrophysiology or imaging experience is advantageous, with complementary training provided. Email CV, motivation and at least two referee contacts to the PI.

Initially funded for three years at 65% TV-L E13, with possible extension.
